What we do

Five services.
One fiber build, end to end.

From the first feasibility study to the final splice — engineering, permitting, funding and training under one roof, so your broadband project never stalls waiting on someone else's handoff.

01 — Service Project Management
Project Management

One team accountable for the whole build.

From first shovel in the ground to final sign-off, our project management team is the single point of contact holding engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, inspections and testing together. We track budgets and schedules in real time, flag risk before it becomes a delay, and keep contractors, agencies, utilities and funders all moving in the same direction.

The result isn't a stack of paperwork handed off between vendors — it's a fully operational network, delivered on schedule and on budget.

02 — Service Planning
Planning

Turning an idea into a fundable project.

Before a single foot of conduit goes in the ground, we build the case for the project — feasibility studies, market analysis, cost estimates and financial models that turn a broadband concept into something a funder can say yes to.

We also write the grant applications themselves: the technical narratives, engineering exhibits, budgets and maps that federal, state, Tribal and local funding programs actually expect to see.

03 — Service Training Academy
Training Academy

Good engineering only matters if the crew can build it.

Our Training Academy runs certified, hands-on courses in horizontal directional drilling, trenching, fiber splicing and testing — teaching the technical skills and safety practices behind precise, reliable fiber installations.

It's the same standard we design to, taught directly to the people who'll build it in the field.

04 — Service Permitting and Design
Permitting / Design

Constructible drawings, approved by every agency that matters.

Our in-house GIS specialists, CAD designers, licensed Professional Engineers and permitting team turn a route concept into construction-ready drawings — then carry those drawings through every sign-off: utilities, municipalities, state and federal regulators, railroads and Tribal authorities.

Aerial, underground or hybrid, the goal is the same: a design that's buildable and a permit that doesn't stall the schedule.

05 — Service Grant Planning
Grant Planning

Fast-tracked engineering, built around the funding clock.

When funding timelines are tight, our engineers fast-track the pre-engineering work and build the detailed, grant-ready budgets that funding agencies require — matched to each program's specific rules.

It's a plan clients can pursue with confidence, already vetted against the requirements that decide who gets funded.
